At MEDITHERAPY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
